Considering that the affiliate wishes to subscribe to SbdCloud’s affiliate program for the promotion of products and services of SbdCloud and complies with the terms provided for in this Agreement (hereinafter called "this agreement");

Each affiliate has a unique link to trace the users that it has referred. It is important not to modify this link because it is this link that will be used to associate users with the affiliate to payout commissions. The affiliate can also add the parameter "& amp; b =" followed by a number to associate links to various locations to perform statistics.

SbdCloud provides its affiliates different web banners of different formats to help the promotion of company products. It is forbidden to change or modify these banners in any kind of way whatsoever without a pre-written agreement.
SbdCloud offers all affiliates a graphical interface that allows them to view real-time statistics. This interface is scalable and is designed to help the affiliate.
The commissions are offered as a percentage of the amount that Sbdcloud invoices its users. This percentage is scalable according to the number of referred users. A user referred by an affiliate becomes associated with it, and as long as the user is registered, and the affiliate has an active account with SbdCloud, the affiliate will get the commission for each payment made by the user, to SbdCloud.

No fees are associated with the affiliate program, except the fees charged by third parties for the withdrawal of commissions.
The payment of commissions are made by check when the member requests a withdrawal. The withdrawal of matured commissions is possible therefore $ 50.00. A commission has the status of matured 30 days after the customer's payment.
The commissions are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and paid to the member in US dollars (USD), according to the current conversion rate within 48 hours of the withdrawal request.
- It is strictly forbidden to the affiliate to use techniques to force users to register with SbdCloud;
- It is forbidden to force the user to enroll in SbdCloud in any manner whatsoever;
- It is prohibited to display fees that do not comply with the fees submitted by SbdCloud;
- It is prohibited to display technical information or data other than those presented by SbdCloud; et
- It is forbidden to promote the use of SbdCloud for illegal purposes.
All amounts provided in this agreement refer to US currency (USD).
SbdCloud undertake not to sell, rent, or disseminate the confidential information of its affiliates.
Anyone wishing to register for the affiliate program must first approve these terms of use. A failure to comply with these could result in immediate suspension and non-payment of commissions. These membership conditions may change at any time and without notice and it is the duty to the affiliate to become acquainted with them regularly.
